Based on real events

In 2001, half a ton of cocaine wash ashore on Rabo de Peixe, a small village in São Miguel, Azores. It gave rise to a serious drug epidemic in the island, that still feels it's impact nowadays.

Eduardo is going to steal has much powder has he can, so he can make himself some money to leave that mad place.
